We specialize in North Carolina Books, Audiovisuals, Software, and Teaching Aids. We welcome visitors to our store in Wendell which is located near Raleigh, North Carolina (see location). We also publish a large catalog and will be happy to furnish one upon request. We concentrate on the needs of K-12 students and make every effort to stay abreast of new material as well as changes in the curriculum. In doing so we provide time-saving assistance to public and home school teachers, media coordinators, and librarians. It is our strong belief that North Carolina lends itself to highly motivating study. Its history encompasses over four hundred years and its geography extends from the mountains to the sea. Significant authors have portrayed the state in both fact and fiction, while both ghosts and pirates have called North Carolina home. We offer free MARC records on orders exceeding $500 dollars. Jan Broadfoot, the owner, makes selections, creates new products, and attends exhibits, conferences, etc. Jean Cone, her assistant, handles the office and keeps the shelves stocked. Bev Haley and Joyce Barrow add there artistic talents and computer skills on a time available basis. Jan's son, John Broadfoot and his new daughter, Marilyn, are helping keep us all in line.
